The 2nd level offers the main living spaces (great room/kitchen/dining) along w/2 BR's, 1.5 BA's, laundry room & spacious balcony w/ lounge/dining furniture. The 1st level has a 2nd living, 5th BR & full bath as well as mini kitchen w/fridge. The space "Just Beachy" is fully equipped for a weekend or month getaway. Enjoy the high end amenities like the chef's kitchen, luxurious master suite bathroom and the backyard meant for fun and relaxation! After a day at the beach, come back to relax in the hot tub or lounge while the kids run around on the backyard turf. The beach is literally steps away as you walk one block, through a charming mangrove tree path and down a short boardwalk. Our beach area is always quiet and you'll enjoy not fighting the crowds for plenty of sand to play on.
