York-Nether Poppleton 3 bed home with hot tub

Great for family breaks easy access to York city for sight seeing and shops and lovely bars and restaurants but also close for lovely countryside walks and visits to local village pubs which also offer great food. PLEASE NOTE :- We do not take STAG or HEN party groups, or pets. ALSO PLEASE READ: "other details to note" paragraph re the hot tub. The space The Wendy House is mainly open plan on the ground floor so is great for get togethers without being in separate rooms but it is zoned off for lounging and dining. The bedrooms are on the first floor and are made up as follows:- Bedroom 1 = King size bed. Bedroom 2 = 2 single beds. OR CAN BE MADE INTO Super king bed. If no preference is given the beds will be left as twin beds. PLEASE NOTE: Bedroom 2 does not have 3 beds in it, you choose either singles or a superking. Bedroom 3 = Superking bed. There is also off street parking on the driveway for at least 2 cars, there is also a video Ring door bell installed to the main entrance. Guest access Apart from the garage the whole property can be used. Other things to note The hot tub is available for guest use, BUT THIS IS CHARGED AT A SMALL ADDITIONAL COST, (£10 per day minimum use 2 days) and we will need to know when the booking is made if this is requested to ensure it has been heated up sufficiently and unlocked for your use. Due to safety reasons we do not provide a BBQ at the property. PLEASE NOTE: Charging of electrical vehicles is NOT PERMITTED- Thank-you for your understanding. There are however charging points nearby at Poppleton Park n Ride on A59 by Dobbie's garden centre and at Tesco's at Clifton Moor.
