The space Full 2 story home with 3 bedrooms and a loft upstairs with sleeping space for up to 8. Living area, family entertainment area, dining and kitchen on main level with washer/dryer and half-bath. We provide a wide array of board games, puzzles and coloring books fit to entertain the whole family. This selection is updated regularly. Plus try your luck at darts or air hockey and see who the reigning champ will be. We also have 3 TVs hooked up to allow you to sign in to your streaming accounts, allowing everyone the opportunity to stay caught up with their favorite shows. There is a sparkling pool available during summer and early fall. It is NOT heated so we strongly recommend not utilizing during colder months. We provide a pressure mounted baby gate for the bottom of the stairs that guests are welcome to utilize. Please DO NOT place at the top of the stairs to prevent injury. Pack and Play is also available in the master bedroom closet. Guest access Full access to the home with self checkin via assigned individual code. No access to garage. Other things to note Absolutely no street parking allowed due to HOA regulations. No parties or events allowed on property.
