Nice room in a small village house

My house is called ''2 CATS HOME'' and it is ideal for people who like cool atmosphere in hot Summer and warm fireplace in Winter! Ideally built against some mountain rock, my house is an interesting old renovated mountain village house (1900?) with minimal comodities. It has a 2000 m² forest-garden nearby, only 150 m away, 2 cabanes for some agro-forestery. I owned it only some weeks ago and now I am just starting to change it for an ecological house with forest-garden place The space My Maison des 2 Chats is a good start for walking in the Ariège Pyrenees. It's easy to rest there, but you can also hike from your door or take many bike tours on the fairly low mountains around. The room is comfortably furnished with internet, toilet at the door, and shared places like the living room and kitchen from the entrance. We go up to the room, which is located on the first floor. The shared washing machine is behind the kitchen. My so-called 2 CATS HOME is a good place to have a nice rest, or some rather active trekking in the mountains. Very well situated 5 km from the Saint Girons city center and 10 km from the historical town, cute UNESCO place called Saint Lizier. In a very good condition nicely furnished with comfortable bed, tables, chairs, sofa, washing machine, and a full kitchen. Surrounded by trekking and biking paths (1 to 5 km around). But also proximity of bioshops and supermarkets 4 km to 7 km around for which I can gladly borrow some bicycle too. Guest access Feel at home, the room is entirely yours: you will have linen bed, shared bathroom with toilet, own chairs and small table in room; a washing-machine and a dryer at the window. Make yourself at home, this is your room. Bed linen, towels, shared bathroom just in front of the bedroom, chairs and a table in the bedroom, washing machine available, dryer by the window! Other things to note Lacourt est un ancien village très peu touristique car c'est comme la '' banlieue '' de Saint Girons, ville touristique pour son marché haut en couleur toute l'année depuis les années 70! C'est déjà les Pyrénées, même s'il n'y fait pas trop froid l'hiver ni trop chaud l'été étant qu'à 400m d'altitude. Les pics ne sont pas loin avec le plus proche à seulement 35km le Pic des Trois Seigneurs à 2199 d'altitude. Lacourt is an old small village not very famous, rather some suburb of Saint Girons the town nearby at 5 km from My 2 Cats House. In France Saint Girons is famous for its neo-rural historical colorfull market and its mounts and peaks all around. It's a good starting point for famous Ariège National Park where people spend often weeks of trekking and biking in nice wild but still very civilized mountain with lot of beautiful villages, and towns, waterfalls, river, Andorre and Spain, in Winter Season for skiing too etc. So you just have to take the bus/train in Paris for Toulouse or Biarritz, then to a place called Boussens or Saint Gaudens train station then you arrive in Saint Girons in only 1 hour bus. Hitchiking to My 2 Cats Home is very popular too. You are finally in the mountains where my 2 Cats Home is settled. Lacourt village is not with car traffic as it is unfamous and the air is pure, at an altitude of 420 meters. It is 4km to Carrefour supermarket and other bioshops with rather nice prices. The highest peak nearby is 2199 meters Pic des Trois Seigneurs only a few tens kilometers far. There is a good market every Saturday morning in Saint Girons with extraordianary good and relatively cheap fruits and vegetables
