Please note, NO DISHWASHER - Stay seamlessly connected with reliable WiFi, ideal for remote work. - Enjoy entertainment on a 52" Smart TV. - Convenience in-unit laundry washer/dryer for longer stays. - Take in outdoor moments with a fire pit (propane), complemented by Adirondack chairs on the back deck. 🌲 Neighborhood: -Quiet, secluded and peaceful with regular views of wildlife - especially moose! -Most of road from the highway to the house is paved except for the last block. These roads are dirt and can be bumpy. No cats please. ☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that High Elevation Mountain Homes in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning. ❄️ WINTER INFO & 4WD/AWD We REQUIRE 4-wheel drive/ AWD in the winter months (Nov-April), due to the snow accumulation in the area. The county roads are maintained and plowed along with the driveway. We have a reliable plow service but plowing isn’t immediate and may take a day or so depending on snow accumulation. ⛰️ HIGH ALTITUDE CABIN - we sit at over 10,000ft -Please drink lots of water and bring moisturizer for skin.
