Other things to note -Minimum age to book is 21 years old and primary renter must stay for the duration of the booking. -Firewood for the wood stove can be purchased locally in Fairplay. Ask us for details! - We REQUIRE 4-wheel drive/ AWD in the winter months (Nov-April), due to the snow accumulation in the area. The county roads are maintained and plowed along with the driveway. We have a reliable plow service if it snows more than 4 inches but plowing isn’t immediate and may take a day or so depending on snow accumulation. - HIGH ALTITUDE CABIN - we sit at over 10,000ft. Please drink lots of water prior to and at arrival and bring moisturizer for skin. Take it easy on your first couple of days. - WILDLIFE - Please be mindful of wildlife in the area and keep pets in leashes. Please no food left outdoors. STR License: 25-0509
