The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with Bosch appliances for entertaining. Marco Island is a highly desirable destination on the Gulf of America. The pristine shore of paradise awaits you! The space Located in the center of the island on a quiet street just walking distance to Mackle Park and the library. Minutes drive to the white sandy beach, shopping, restaurants, movies, mini-golf and many other amenities. There are several bicycle/electric bicycle, golf cart, scooters, and scoot coupes for rent on the island. Boat trailers are not permitted on the property at anytime per Marco Island ordinance. The boat and boat lift at the dock is not available for guests. The owner of the boat may access their boat from the side yard but will not interfere in your stay. From the dock, you can cast your luck fishing or you may be surprised to see dolphins, manatees, or sting rays swim by! *A preferred pool temperature is subjective. Do you like warm and soothing, or cool and refreshing?! Comfortable pool water for the average person is 78-82 degrees. The outdoor pool is heated during the cooler months. Generally, an outdoor unheated pool will stay at what the average outdoor temperature is and varies depending on what month you visit. We strive for pool temperatures between 80-85 degrees. If you are looking for bath water, the outdoor spa is available and heats to 104 degrees! Guest access Enjoy the entire home! Gorgeous master suite, king bed, lavish bathroom, walk-in closet with access to the screened lanai. Guest bedroom #2 with one queen bed and a view of the canal and guest bedroom #3 with two twin beds share a hall bathroom with walk-in shower. Smart TVs in every bedroom and WiFi throughout the house. The main living area has a 75" TV and there is the ability to roll a TV out onto the lanai to watch your favorite movie or sports. In the event that you need to work, there is a private office space. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed (respecting people's pet allergens). Beach chairs, wagon, coolers, sand toys, beach umbrella, pool floats, and golf clubs are provided for your use. Book your stay and create your very own Marco Memories! Other things to note There are 4 public beach accesses. South Marco Beach Access has public parking and restrooms. Tigertail Beach Park has public parking, picnic, playground, and restrooms. There are 2 public beach access points without parking near the Medeira and the Marriott Crystal Shores. The distance to Southwest Florida International Airport (Fort Myers) is 45 miles.
