A perfect base from which to explore all that the Kapiti Coast has to offer. The Paraparaumu Beach shops/restaurants and Kapiti Island tour boats are just a 10 minute walk away. Popular fishing beach, river and bush walks. 45 mins to Wellington and Picton ferry. Local bus 40metres away. Te Araroa walk is on the beach The space There are no shared spaces in this accommodation but there are tenanted rooms in the neighbouring townhouse and you will need to be mindful of noise levels. Guests have their own, entranceway and front yard with an outside table and chairs - The front yard is on a quiet street and is not private This place is small and there are no table and chairs inside. Pick up some take aways or eat at one of the local restaurants/cafes or at the beach. A cupboard in the entranceway has a few kitchen basics such as electric jug, toaster, coffee plunger, cups, glasses, plates, bowls and cutlery .... but there is No kitchen and No fridge ! A chilly bin is available on request and ice is available at local food stores. Other things to note This place is not suitable for long term stays .... It does not have a kitchen or anywhere to prepare food. There is no table and chairs inside. It is small . The front yard is on a quiet street and is not private
