The neighborhood is called Allandale and is 10 minutes by car to downtown. My house has two rooms. The master room has a queen sized tempurpedic bed. The guest room has two twin beds. The two twin beds may be joined to form a king size bed. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and are shared. I require all of my guests to complete at least 3 personal verifications, including a phone number, through AirBnB before giving pre-approval to book for safety reasons. To promote safety for my guests, house and neighborhood, I do request the full names of every individual whom will be staying in the house and the license plate of any vehicles that may be parked on the premises. Please take time to complete your profile and these verifications before inquiring! Four day minimum booking during SXSW. Three day minimum booking during ACL fest. For my guest's and my safety, there is a security camera at the entryway. Please do not tamper with the security camera, lights or locks. I reserve the right to fine and/or evict any guest that tampers with the home security devices. Guest access My house has an electronic key code for easy entry/exit at your leisure. No key to loose. No curfew. Guests are free to use the bathroom, kitchen, tv and living room. You may store food and beverages in my fridge. I have a nice backyard with a table and chairs where you can sit and watch birds and squirrels play. There is free street parking available all hours and all days. If you are renting my entire house, there is a carport and driveway available for parking. Other things to note Since I've traveled quite a bit myself I offer some things that I think most travelers will find useful like extra pillows, blankets, fans, writing desk, hanging hooks, night lights, air fresheners, iron and ironing board, city maps, travel books and magazines. I keep some toiletries around which are available to my guests. I have an official operating license with the City of Austin. I have traveled all around the world, but have chosen Austin as my home. I've created a home that is welcoming to guests from both near and far. I hope that you enjoy your stay in Austin.
