A rustic oceanfront villa, ideal for spending a few quiet days as a couple or as a family (we have the option of renting the villa in the back). It has an oceanfront terrace to spend the day overlooking the beach. The Villa is equipped with everything you need for your stay and for the number of people we offer it. It has internet, hot water and fan in the bedroom. The space The Villa is a small space with 4 rooms: bedroom, dining room/kitchen, bathroom and a porch facing the beach. Upon entering the Villa, you will immediately find the dining table with chairs for 6 people. Next to it is a small breakfast bar, followed by the kitchen, where you will find: pots, pans, plates, glasses, wineglasses, cutlery, ladles, a blender, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, and a 2-burner gas grill for cooking. To one side of the kitchen is the door to the bedroom, which is equipped with a king size bed, A/C and blackout curtains for a restful sleep. On the porch facing the beach, we have a table with 4 chairs for the exclusive use of the guests of this Villa. Guest access They have full access to Villa 1 and the beachfront porch. Parking and beachfront are shared spaces. Other things to note El Cuyo is a picturesque fishing port that is part of the municipality of Tizimín and is located within the Río Lagartos Biosphere Reserve. This tourist destination has an award-winning beach called "Playa Platino", where you can find mangroves, a watering hole and a petrified forest, along with impressive biodiversity. An ideal place for adventure lovers, where you can enjoy activities such as kitesurfing, ATV and boat tours, trips to Las Coloradas, fishing, among others, and which you can also do with your family or group at your leisure. NOTE: It should be noted that due to the nature of the port, situations such as the presence of insects may occur, as well as power outages, internet and water services outages, which are beyond our control, however, they are usually temporary and will gradually be resolved throughout the day.
