Enjoy a special treat and reserve this one-of-a-kind chalet in downtown Asheville. One dog with prior approval. Fees apply The space This cozy chalet is in a fantastic location. It is only minutes from downtown Asheville and it is perfect to take advantage of the take-out services offered by some of the top restaurants in the area. It is also close to top outdoor attractions such as the Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and downtown parks. It is close to breweries and wineries which have expanded on outdoor avenues. Make sure to also take advantage of the neighborhood to enjoy some lovely strolls through the mountain neighborhood. When Booking please list the number of people in your party and IF YOU ARE BRING A DOG. The pet fee will be added to your reservation. Notes asked by other guests: 1. The road to the chalet is narrow but our staff drives 18 -19 ft trucks and has no issues. The first time seems tight but after that guests are fine. 2. Downtown Asheville isn't far but we do recommend driving as it's a busy road. 3. A dog fee applies for ONE dog, plus all applicable taxes. Maximum of ONE dog with prior approval. Dogs under 50 lbs. The size and breed of your dog are needed to register them. Please note the dog when making reservations. 4. No grill 5. No steps to get into the house. 6. Pack-N-Play at the house. Bring your own sheets. In Bedroom closet Guest access You will have full access to the home and grounds. Other things to note THIS IS A NON-SMOKING/VAPING HOME. If a second small dog was approved then another pet fee applies. Winter: Please note that we do experience snow on occasion. The HOA does a great job of keeping the roads scraped but they only scrape after the snow ends. So, please be aware of the weather and know there is the potential for snowy weather. Please plan accordingly. Please respect the neighbors around you when enjoying yourself outside. If your dog has joined you, please pick up after them so others can enjoy the grounds.
