Leigh by the Bay

This West Busselton cottage is a comfortable Beach house If you are looking for Luxury then this is not the place for you. Freshly painted 1950s brick and tile home is perfect for you beach house family holiday. The beach , amazing Geographe Bay is a very short walk away. Fully equipped. Linen is provided including sheets blankets and towels but DOES NOT INCLUDE PILLOWS The property has been renovated during November 2023. Previous guest comments may not be totally relevant. The space The front door brings you straight into a living area with Modular couch and TV. From this area, turn right down the hallway to the kitchen and dining room. A large and very simple kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and basic crockery and cutlery. Off this is a dining room area with table and chairs to seat 8. This rooms overlooks the front yard and park across the road. A small bathroom with teeny bath for little people, toilet and shower and overhead light with heater. There are two ample sized bedrooms - you have to go through one to enter the other. Bedroom one has a queen and bunk bed. This adjoins Bedroom 2 with Double bed and bunk bed. This room faces south and overlooks a park. Floorboards throughout. Simple laundry with washing machine and trough. The back verandah has a table and chairs, there is a small fire pit in the courtyard (CHECK FIRE WARNING STATUS) . A little gate opens onto a large yard that you are able to utilise and perhaps pitch a tent in (Extended family can be accommodated this way , ask us about our EXTRA persons policy.) A second toilet , store room and inside/outside hot and cold shower is ideal for after the beach. Guest access You will have the whole house, driveway, front garden and rear paved and rear courtyard to yourself. There is even a spot or two to pitch a tent (contact us for that). Other things to note YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS AND BEACH TOWELS.
