Your home by the lake.

The house is a residential and commercial building. A new apartment with a separate entrance has been set up. The apartment's bedroom faces south and the garden with lake views. It is extremely quiet, although centrally located. The apartment is 50 square meters and has everything you need for a cozy stay. The apartment is best suited as a recreation room, as well as for short-term rentals of up to 3 months, as a workplace is also available. Lake Millstatt is 40 meters away. The space I am very happy to be a caring hostess, but I consider the guests to be individuals responsible for themselves. Besides, I'm not necessarily always in the house. But it is important to me that the guests feel comfortable and handle the apartment with care. Since it is often asked: The Millstätter Card (from the tourist office) is NOT available from me [it is extremely complicated & costly for the landlords, so it is not even profitable for large hotels]. Garden sharing by arrangement is possible. Please note that there is a house dog and other people in the house who share the garden. [Millstätter family doctor is currently in the house!] Other things to note Please note that local tax must be paid separately. €2.6 per person/per day.
