The apartment is located near downtown and with great connectivity to all points of Montevideo. 7 blocks from the beach and 4 blocks from Parque Batlle. A wide variety of bars and restaurants in the area. Very bright and quiet. It has a full kitchen, TV, wifi and washing machine. The building has a comfortable elevator and a doorman from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. All services included (water, electricity, condominium expenses, etc.). Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 10 am.
