This is a hosted home — I live upstairs with my own entrance. Your private space includes both bedrooms, bathroom, and living room. Kitchen, patio and laundry are shared. Plenty of bright, spacious spots ideal for remote working and relaxing. Guest access The entire main floor is yours, accessed via a keypad front door. This includes two bedrooms (one full, one queen), a full bathroom, living room, dining room, and backyard patio. I live in the upstairs unit, separated by a spiral staircase and door. We share the kitchen and laundry room — and in summer you'll likely find me in the backyard too! I may occasionally use the front door for deliveries and will always message you ahead of time. Free parking for 1 car. Additional vehicles can use 2-hour street parking, except on street sweeping days. Please check local signage for street sweeping schedules — the parking pass does not cover street sweeping days, and any resulting tickets are the guest's responsibility During your stay I live in the upstairs part of the home. Your space and my space is divided by a spiral staircase and a door. I have my own living room, bathroom and bedroom upstairs, and will come down to use the kitchen and laundry room.
