Our cottage is within walking distance to parks, restaurants, Union Square & Farmers Market, Lenoir-Rhyne, Helen & Leonard Moretz Stadium, Salt Block museums and concert hall. Lake Hickory is a short 15-minute drive. There are plenty of boat and SUP rentals for water enthusiasts and miles of river to boat, ski and fish on. The space Two large downstairs bedrooms / One primary bedroom with a King Bed, Roku television, and a luxurious en-suite full bathroom ... and a beautifully appointed secondary bedroom with a queen bed; two additional full-sized bathrooms, a living room with a 50" Roku TV + entertainment center, a fully stocked chef's kitchen with a beautiful dining area that seats 8-10 people, a cozy breakfast nook that seats 6 people and beautiful yards. Completely renovated upstairs bedroom and loft office area. The upstairs bedroom is perfect for the kids with two trundle beds (4 bed total) and a Roku television. The loft office space is ideal for video business calls or a quiet, contemplative space for work or relaxation. Both the front and back doors have touchpad locks that are custom-programmed for each guest. We've installed an Ecobee smart thermostat for the downstairs heat and air and a remote-controlled Midea heat and air unit upstairs. Spectrum high-speed internet up to 500 Mbps upload speed.
