Welcome to the newest house on the (AirBnB) block. We are delighted to host you in this beautifully appointed house we call Bohemian@Byron. From the moment you enter the house, you’ll be delighted with the light and fabulous feel. Put your bags down and breathe in - it’s time to relax. In a sought-after and family-friendly suburb, you’ll be close to the action and amenities of Byron in your own sunny and stylish abode. Ideally positioned for a perfect getaway, you won't ever want to go home. The space You will be hosted in a spacious house with all of the conveniences you’d expect of new house built in 2019. Clean and crisp: this is the perfect retreat for a family, group of friends or a creative writer or artist looking for an extended period of inspiration and space in the leafy embrace of Byron Bay. This property boasts a wonderfully large yard with secure fencing for children and pets alike. Swim in your own secure saltwater pool in a private paradise listening to the sound of the sea and the birds that live nearby. Echoing the spiritual vibes that comes with Byron life, you’ll find the yard decorated with a hand-carved stone Ganesha statue imported from Thailand and a relaxed and reclining Buddha by the pool (to show you how it’s done!) You have a beautifully curated kitchen with luxury appliances, Love Tea, Laguiole cutlery and a new French door fridge with multivariable temperature at your disposal. The living area on ground level is open and inviting with plenty of space for you and your loved ones to come together for meals and connection. You can also seek quiet sanctuary in the beautifully appointed retreat upstairs which boasts comfortable leather couch and 75-inch flat screen TV. Need space to use a laptop? The downstairs room has a desk and super speedy wifi to ensure that if you must use the computer during your serene holiday- you can do that with confidence. A study nook upstairs also allows for the house to be used for multiple purposes at the one time. Guest access Upstairs, downstairs, pool, outdoor shower, large 130sqm yard, DLUG, access to green space park and children's playground. Other things to note Byron is famous for its beautiful environment and being part of this community has led us to an unwavering dedication to reducing the environmental impact when creating your Bohemian Byron experience. Your room will have reclaimed furniture lovingly and expertly up-styled by the incredibly talented @GinandTonic (with a nod to her Canadian sojourn in in the oars used in one of the bedrooms) Her loving touch can be seen in many pieces throughout Bohemian Byron. Need to get to Byron CBD? It’s a 6 minute drive, 25 minute walk and a 15 minute bike ride (with four bikes ready for you to ride in on!) We look forward to hosting and welcoming you and your loved ones to this new escape from the hustle and bustle. Please note if you are bringing a furry friend, Byron Council only allows two dogs per property. All pets must be house-trained, have their flea and worm treatment up to date and mustn’t be noisy. If you are lucky enough to be joining us in October you’ll be able to easily find the Bohemian@Byron as the large Jacaranda tree on our street will be your geographic pinpoint.
