The house is located just 3 blocks from the Jardin, only a 7-minute walk, with award-winning restaurants and venues only 1 block away. Entertain your group with rooftop views of the Parroquia, fireworks and the sounds of church bells that make San Miguel the best city in the world. The space This space is a newly-built contemporary 4-bedroom home, featuring 4 levels of stylish design and modern comfort for up to 10 guests. With 3 king beds and 2 queen beds, each outfitted in luxurious hotel linens for a comfortable night’s rest. Each bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom with all bathroom essentials, plus air conditioning and heating for climate control. As you walk in, you are immediately greeted by the welcoming sitting area with fireplace and beautiful décor. The home features an indoor garden and fountain feature that creates a calm, tranquil space, along with an additional sitting area for rest and relaxation. The fully-equipped kitchen and formal dining room are located on the ground floor, and the kitchen & dining flow into the formal living room with a guest bathroom, allowing you to easily entertain your group or guests. The ground floor also includes a king-bed bedroom with ensuite bathroom, for those who have mobility issues. Head up the stairs to find an additional sitting area for guests who want to remain out of the formal living areas. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor; one with a king bed and the other with 2 queen beds. Take the stairs up to the third level to find the additional king bed bedroom and the private rooftop patio with an outdoor kitchen and dining area, perfect for hosting rooftop dinners or sunset cocktails. You can continue going up the stairs to find the private rooftop with panoramic views of the city’s iconic landmarks and beautiful sunset views. The top-level rooftop features a fire pit with a lounge sitting area and a private rooftop hot tub, overlooking the city—perfect for watching the sunset or fireworks on holidays. The home is located in a small cul-de-sac community, away from the main street and it features one (1) parking spot in front of the house. If you need additional parking, there is also a public parking lot just across the street—the cost is $30 MXN (pesos) per hour or $250 MXN per night for a small car or $350 MXN per night for a large car. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Private accommodations for you and your group. The entry/access instructions will be emailed to you 1-day prior to arrival. Cleaning/housekeeping services can be accommodated upon request. We have a local team of professionals who provide personalized concierge service to all of our guests. We can help coordinate airport transportation, grocery delivery, cleaning service, private chef or cooking classes, or arrange local experiences such as wine tastings, horseback riding, hot air balloon rides, cultural tours, and more. Think cobblestone streets & uneven sidewalks (bring comfy shoes), intermittent power or water outages, the occasional siesta from the internet or hot water, water leaks from the rain, or a passing sewer smell here and there—all a gentle reminder that life here moves at its own pace.
