Just off the bedroom, the bathroom includes a full-length mirror, rain and handheld shower, and a charming Hamptons-style vanity. The kitchen offers dining for four plus a breakfast bar — perfect for enjoying views of the garden and surrounding bushland. A cozy lounge area completes the space, with a pull-out sofa to comfortably accommodate additional guests. Guest access The studio accommodation is attached to the main house. When driving up the battle-axe driveway, you’ll see the main house entry straight ahead. To the right of this, follow the curved pathway to the private studio entrance. Double-glazed windows have been installed on the rail-facing side to reduce noise. For light sleepers, closing the bathroom and bedroom doors can help further minimise sound.
