Just a 10-minute walk to Glenbrook village with boutique shops, cosy cafés, a children’s park, and oval. By booking, you’re supporting our little family thank you 🤍 The space The studio features a spacious main bedroom with built-in wardrobe storage. Just off the bedroom, the bathroom includes a full-length mirror, a luxurious rain and handheld shower, and a charming Hamptons-style vanity. The kitchen offers dining for four, plus a breakfast bar where you can enjoy views of the front garden and surrounding bushland. A cosy lounge area completes the space, with a pull-out sofa to comfortably accommodate additional guests. The studio is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance and exclusive front garden, allowing guests to enjoy a peaceful and private stay. Your privacy is extremely important, and the studio has been designed to feel like your own secluded retreat. The spa is located in a shared outdoor area between the main house and the studio. While this space is shared, I always respect my guests’ privacy and do my best to ensure you can enjoy the spa in peace throughout your stay. Guest access The studio accommodation is attached to the main house. When driving up the battle-axe driveway, you’ll see the main house entry straight ahead. To the right of this, follow the curved pathway to the private studio entrance. We’re so excited to welcome you and look forward to hosting your stay you’ll be greeted with open arms. Other things to note Please note the studio is located near a train line. Double-glazed windows have been installed on the rail-facing side to help reduce noise. For light sleepers, closing the bathroom and bedroom doors can further minimise any sound. The spa is situated between the main house and the studio. Your privacy will always be respected, and no one will enter or interrupt your time. I simply ask that you treat the spa with care and be mindful of others who use it after you leave.
