Webbers is estimated to have been built before 1670 , the property Webbers was previously known as Daphne Trescoe, back in 1782 , the property name Webbers was the name of the game keeper for the Prideaux Brune Estate who lived at Webbers from 1920s for around 40 years. when the property was sold out if the Prideaux Brune Estate the current owners bought it. Living Room with 3 armchairs, a three seater sofa. coffee table and lamps, TV, DVD and slate tiled hearth with electric fire. Dining room with dining room table and chairs. Feature inglenook fireplace with seating and original pantry with crockery and other essential items. Bookshelves with guide books ideal for planning local walks and exploring the area. Kitchen with fitted base and wall units, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Well equipped with all the necessities for a self catering holiday - including Double Ninja Airfyer, George Foreman grill. Tea towels and cleaning materials are provided. Bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over, heated towel rail. Stable door to the rear garden. Stairs to First Floor Landing with window to rear garden: Bedroom 1: King-size bed with superking duvet with windows to both front and rear of the property, free standing electric heater with timer control, window seat, wardrobe, cupboards, clock radio, hairdryer and bedside lamps Bedroom 2: 3’ Twin beds with built-in wardrobe, window seat, pine chest of drawers and bed side lamps and cabinets, electric wall heater. Please note: We would never be able to confirm that a garden and outside areas are dog proof even if the garden is enclosed – as there are so many variables, size of dog and boundary type, please ensure your dog is not left unattended at anytime.
