Welcome to our spacious mid-mod home with stunning views in the heart of Capitol Hill! Conveniently located near downtown SLC, SLC International Airport, Temple Square, Salt Palace Convention Center, restaurants, trailheads, ski resorts, and more, it's the perfect retreat for family ski trips, weekend getaways, business stays, or a relaxing home base while exploring the city. Fully renovated and thoughtfully stocked, our home blends modern comfort with unique style for an unforgettable stay. The space Less than 15 minutes from SLC International Airport, our updated mid-mod home combines stylish finishes with unbeatable access to downtown SLC, nearby trailheads, restaurants, skiing, I-15, Temple Square, Salt Palace, museums, and the greater SLC area. Our home is the top floor of a duplex. Inside, you'll find three spacious bedrooms, two with king-size beds and one with double bunk beds (Helix mattresses), and two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and double vanity, the other with a tub and shower and single vanity. A generous living room with an expansive deep-seated sectional West Elm sofa (with queen sleeper), 75" flat screen Samsung TV, electric fireplace, cozy reading nook, and sweeping views of downtown SLC, the Oquirrh Mountains, and the greater valley offers the perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing, exploring the city, or greater outdoors. A fully stocked open kitchen with dining table and seating for eight as well as a separate beverage fridge, stocked with Spindrift for your stay, provides a great communal space for preparing and sharing meals. The washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen. One of the bedrooms feature a desk and chair, perfect for a laptop and remote work. Outside, ample patio space with lounge and dining furniture as well as a wrap-a-around walkway with new railing offer additional views and extra space for entertaining in the warmer months. Our private hot-tub, with room for six to eight, can be accessed by following the wrap-around walkaway to the back of the building. Free, off-street parking is available for one to two cars. Guests enter the unit by walking up the stairs to the left of the parking spaces. Long term tenants live in the downstairs unit and Airbnb guests must be respectful of downstairs tenants. Guest access Guests have full access to the right most parking bay, upstairs unit, and upstairs deck and walkway. The left parking bay, downstairs walkway, and backyard are off limits to guests. The hot tub can be accessed between the hours of 8am and 9pm. Other things to note Our mid-mod home is the top floor of a duplex. Guests are encouraged to enjoy their stay, but pets, exceedingly loud music, and late night parties are not permitted. The hot tub cannot be accessed after 9pm. The ironing board and iron are located in the bunk room closet. Infant amenities including the high chair, pack 'n play, changing pad, and toys and books are also located in the bunk room closet. Extra linens and linens and pillows for the pull-out sofa bed are located in the closet near the smaller bathroom, the one with a bathtub.
