Rue du Moulin Vert is a quiet street for three quarters pedestrian, albeit not right under this building. The metro stop Alesia is only a few blocks away and main bus lines as 28, 38 and 58 are just 'round the corner. There is a velib' stop for bycicles as close. Open air market is not far and there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and theatres just within a few minutes walk. Attractions in the surrounding area are La Fondation Cartier, le Cimetiere du Montparnasse, the park Montsouris.
