Turn right and travel minutes to Pier Park which offers restaurants, shops, and one of the longest piers located of the Gulf of Mexico. Turn left to cross the bridge over Lake Powell towards scenic 30A, which also offers shops restaurants and coastal views. For guest enjoyment, Pinnacle Port offers two swimming pools, four tennis courts, fitness center, charcoal grills, basketball court and playground. Starfish Grill is located poolside at Pinnacle Port and serving appetizers, sandwiches and kids meals. Now offering bar service, including delicious mimosas, wine & beer! An exclusive amenity provided to guests of Pinnacle Port is the docks with a boat ramp and 26 boat slips. Owners and guests alike have to option to bring their boat or jet skis. A fileting station with a cutting board and a sink are provided for your convenience. Almost anything you can fish for in the Gulf of Mexico you can catch in Lake Powell. First Level: Master Bedroom with Full Bath, Views of Lake Powell Second Level: Full Bed, Barstools, Kitchen, Laundry Area, Half Bath, Living Area with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Dining Area with 4 Chairs, High-top Table with 2 Chairs, Views of Lake Powell and the Gulf of Mexico Carillon Beach charges $35 per vehicle to park per stay. Additional parking passes are subject to availability and cost $35 each. INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL Florida Panhandle Property Management furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has starter amenities shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided, as well as beach towels and black makeup washcloths. IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENJOY YOUR STAY This unit sleeps up to 6 people. NO smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) or vaping allowed, even on the unit’s balcony area. Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of the stay. In accordance with Florida State Statute 509.41, reservations made under false pretense are null and void, and check-in will not be allowed, or guests will be asked to vacate the residence without refund. Quiet time hours & disturbances: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM. Be mindful of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times. This resort has a zero-tolerance noise policy. If there is a noise complaint from other guests, security, or neighbors, you may be issued a warning or be asked to leave the resort without a refund. Pool Hours: Open 8am-10pm / Closed from 10pm– 8am for maintenance. Chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Towels and other personal items do not reserve chairs. People do. Refer to posted pool rules before entering pools or hot tubs. Please note: In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and/or unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of any of the resort's amenities. Pet Policy: Guests may not bring pets to Pinnacle Port - No exceptions. Inappropriate attire is prohibited and is at the discretion of the Security Team. The $37 Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hotspot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi or Cable television service during your stay, NO exceptions. Signature of Rental Agreement by Primary Renter required. No parties or unregistered guests. Lack of adherence to any of the above will result in immediate eviction and no refunds of any kind. Neither Owners nor Management are responsible for accidents or injuries.
