Rustic yet Modern guest house

UC Merced is just under 4 mi away, 3 parks are within a few blocks, & Yosemite National Park is only 68 miles away. Relax in the outdoor spa or use the jacuzzi bathtub. The home is on a corner lot with shade trees, a fire pit sitting area, and even a tree swing. For those who like to read, there is a Free Little Library onsite as well! The space The large master bedroom was built in 2019 and has a quaint and rustic farmhouse feel, yet, it is modern as well. It's a large space that also has a queen sleeper sofa. The smaller bedroom is also rustic but has a feeling that appeals more to the 'traveler'. The two rooms are anointed by a kitchenette with a breakfast nook; this area is also where the privacy entry door is located. Guest access Parking is located on the Sequoia Drive side of the corner property, and the entrance is through the ranch-style pasture gate, past the bicycle and sitting area, and into the rear patio. Other things to note The space sleeps up to 7, however there are fees for each additional guests and for bringing pets. The larger bedroom has a TV wall-mounted, and it has cable service. Please use your streaming accounts to connect to it (and don't forget to log out afterward). Three bicycles are available for use, with a $10 maintenance fee per day. The Bear Creek bike path trailhead is one block away! Merced has an extensive bicycle path system in town, or it’s only 34 miles to the Exchequer Mountain Bike Park.
