An oasis on 10th Avenue. Studio is complete with a small kitchen, queen bed, full bathroom, and has a cozy couch and a television equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. High speed internet is also available. The space This space is located west of downtown. It is a cozy space great for relaxing. There is a comfy couch for reading or enjoying the complimentary netflix and amazon prime video. There is a counter that can be used for workspace and upon request for longer stays I can provide a desk for officework. This space is great for weekend events with close proximity to downtown (12 blocks) and the fairgrounds (8 blocks). Events at the University of Oregon are easily accessible through the EMX rapid transit line with the neareat stop two blocks away on Garfield/10th. Guest access No contact entry with digital lock. I will send you the code through the messages app. Parking includes a shared driveway and street parking Other things to note **There is one other rental unit located above you. Stays in each unit are limited to two guests to mitigate impacts. ** **No oven in kitchen** Electric Vehicle Charging: There is a plug-in for level 2 charging on-site.
