Welcome to HUT Co-Living @ Embassy Row, a space designed by us as a co-living and co-working space. The space is separated into different zones where, allowing you to feel comfy, homely, energetic and fun. You may see several co-living friendly features such as - featured wall, comfy 10 inch bed and a 50” TV for Netflix etc. Our team has thought through every detail to make you feel at home yet able to work and social. Our mission is to provide accommodation that are luxury yet affordable. The space This is a 900 sft 2 Bedrooms apartment and is 10 mins walk to G-Tower, LINC KL, Ampang Park LRT Station, Intermark Mall. Our Co-Living space has an artsy touch, a private balcony in the living room and an aircond in each bedroom. It also has 100 Mbps High Speed WiFi and access to Netflix/iFlix movies. Our coliving space is targeted towards medium term tenants (normally 1 week to 6 months) and is suitable for interns, digital nomads, exchange students, working professionals, travellers and start up cofounders. There will only be a maximum of 4 person occupying the apartment and cleaning of common area/toilets/bedrooms is carried out on a weekly basis. You will have a great time here. Details of occupant in our coliving space are - Bedroom 1: Up to 2 person (shared bathroom) Bedroom 2: Up to 2 person (shared bathroom) One of the highlights of our space is that it is located centrally in the middle of Embassy Row and is surrounded by various embassies such as Thai Embassy, China Embassy, Swiss Embassy etc. The apartment is newly designed/renovated with an artsy touch in mind to provide guests an authentic Malaysia Coliving experience. In this apartment, guests can enjoy the scenic view of TRX Building, a private balcony (with balcony table and chairs for chill), 50" LED TV (with Smart TV Box), a newly installed kitchen and beautifully decorated bedrooms. Some entertainments such as board/card games, 100 Mbps High Speed WiFi and unlimited Netflix streaming are provided to round up a memorable and wonderful stay. This is an apartment located in a hotel building, which means guest will be entering via a hotel lobby of Hotel Holiday Place KL. You will have the bedroom to yourself but share living room, kitchen, toilet and dining area with guest from another bedroom. My place is located on the 12th floor, accessible via a lift. Guests are advised to travel here via Uber/Grab Car as the nearest LRT station is 10-15 minutes walk away (starting from hotel lobby) whereas KLCC is 20 minutes walk away. The below are included: -1 Queen Sized Bed -Free local coffee and tea -Basic kitchen appliances (Plates, cups, knife and forks etc will be provided) Popular TV Streams available: Netflix Iflix National Geography Discovery Channel TED Talk BBC CNBC Various English & Chinese Movies Various English & Chinese TV Series YouTube Note: x No Smoking Guest access Guests will enter via the grand lobby of Holiday Place Hotel. Guest can use the swimming pool and gym at Level 6 of Holiday Place Hotel. The building is Located 5 mins walk away from bus stop (direct bus to KLCC) and about 10 mins walk (700m) from Ampang Park Lrt Station. Walk to KLCC is also possible in about 15-20mins, KLCC is about 1km away. Safe area: China Embassy is nextdoor and Thai Embassy is just right infront of the building. Hock Choon Supermarket is 5 mins walk away while Jaya Grocer is 12 mins walk away. Also note that there are groceries store, pharmacy, few restaurants, spa, car rental, laundry shop etc in the building itself. Other things to note 1. NO Smoking and kindly keep the place clean. Appreciate it. 2. Turn off electricity when not in use (this will really help us to continue providing beautiful apartment at affordable rent) 3. Remove shoes upon entering and kept the place in good condition
