The space This spacious guest suite is the entire lower level of our classic Seattle Craftsman home. The suite features a private entrance and is completely separate from the rest of the house. The space is very private and quiet, with sound isolation between the floors, however, you may still hear us walking around occasionally. Guest access ACCESS AND SECURITY A lush garden path on the side of the house leads to your private entrance equipped with a smart lock. PARKING Unmetered street parking is available. Other things to note - There is a section of low ceiling (6'–1") through the middle of the space, otherwise the space has 7' ceilings. - At the top stair landing (before you go down the stairs in the guest unit), there is an interior door that connects to the rest of the house.
