Get away from it all but be close to everything in this beautifully appointed, newly updated home on two idyllic acres!  Professionally designed and located in the wooded, rolling horse farms and corn fields of historic Traders Point, you'll be sure to enjoy the heated pool (May-Oct, extra $100/night if you'd like the pool heated in May or October), hot tub and spacious game room (with foosball table) while being minutes from dining, shopping, and leisure in Zionsville and Indianapolis. The space Downstairs, enjoy a main living room and expansive game room with foosball table (both equipped with smart TV's), a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen, Keurig/drip/grinder coffee station, dining room, full bathroom and laundry. Walk out to the spacious deck and fenced patio with brand new hot tub and 16x34' in-ground, heated swimming pool (open May-Oct). Go outside the fence to relax around the fire pit, push little ones on the saucer tree swing, or sip coffee and watch for deer from the Adirondack chairs out front.  Upstairs, retreat to three bedrooms with plush memory foam mattresses (two rooms with king beds and one with two queens) and two full baths. The large primary suite has two walk-in closets and extra large shower with overhead rain shower feature. All bedrooms have room-darkening curtains, sound machines, and luxurious 100% cotton sheets to ensure a good night's sleep. A new queen sofa bed is available in the game room, which acts as the fourth bedroom. Families are welcome! A port-a-crib, high chair, and toddler mattress are located in the primary closet. While the house is child-friendly, it is not baby-proofed (i.e., no outlet covers or cabinet locks), so be aware when booking with little ones. Guest access The entire property is for your personal use during your stay. Occasional outdoor pool or yard maintenance visits may occur, but we will always notify and clear it with you ahead of time. Other things to note To ensure pool safety, buzzers are located on all doors leading to the patio (and need to be enabled by guests on door’s upper right corner), and we ask guests to keep the hot tub cover securely latched and the key-protected pool cover closed at all times when not in use. Pets, smoking, and vaping are not allowed on the premises at any time. For your safety and ours, cameras are located at the front entrance, driveway, and pool area. For October and May bookings, let us know 24 hrs in advance if you'd like the pool heated and we're happy to warm it up to a comfy 84 degrees.
