Countryside studio in a ranch

Looking to break that cabin fever and enjoy California in all it’s glory? Welcome to our in-law unit/studio! Come visit, relax and unwind with your family at our peaceful, serene and picturesque countryside studio in a ranch. Goats and all! The space This is a studio/in-law unit in a ranch (20 acres). You (Our guest) will have access to studio with kitchen and bath, which easily accommodates 1 family. Extra floor beds can be provided if you let us know in advance. (Guest price applies after 3 guests) We (Your host) love to host families who enjoy traveling and meet people from different countries and cultures. Summer gets really hot here in Copperopolis, CA 95228 and though we don’t get snow during winters, we are within driving distance to ski slopes, vineyards, lakes and historic caves! Amazing locales are just an hour drive from our home. Guest access Guests do not have access to the garage and main unit. You are most welcome to use our kitchen, refrigerator and barbecue. Please make sure you close the refrigerator doors and shut off the gas properly. We have 3 pet goats and 3 cows on the property. Please don’t open the goat/cow pens if we are not home and don’t feed them without our permission. If you see anything strange or our goats/cow are exhibiting strange behavior, please let us know. Goats/cow call out to you humans, so feel free to pet them from outside the pen. Also please be mindful of wilderness as this is a natural countryside! Though not frequent, we do have the occasional rabbit, squirrels, and deer visit. Our neighbors have anecdotes of spotting coyotes and raccoons even! All native to California. Other things to note Please check the visitor guide for nearby attractions. Outdoor Fireplace requires wood. For your safety reasons, we don’t recommend using it if we are not home to assist. We also do host and provide catering service if requested in advance.
