Charming, 2 bedroomed countryside cottage.

Find a little bit of peace and tranquillity in our cosy, comfortable cottage. Situated in beautiful countryside, in the small hamlet of Etival, ideal for walking, cycling, or just relaxing in the sunshine. Off the beaten track, but just a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The circuit at Le Mans, is a 40 minute easy drive away. There are lots of nearby places to visit and enjoy. For example, Laval, Brulon lake and beach, Sille lake and beach, and the centre of Le Mans. The space Quaint barn conversion with old features but clean and comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor with kingsized double bed, and 1 on the first floor with double and single beds. Day bed, in lounge which folds out into a double bed if required. Lounge with dining area, equipped kitchen with dining area, large bathroom with walk in shower. Guest access Our own house is on site, but, unattached. Guests will have exclusive access to all our garden areas, the lake, orchard and pool. The pool can be available from May to November, but we cannot guarantee the temperature of the water at cooler times of the year. Plenty of parking space. We will be nearby if needed, but otherwise will give our guests complete privacy. The lake is well stocked with carp and is available for use by the guests only. We do have some fishing tackle available for use. Other things to note We can provide breakfast on request for a fee. We can provide cot, high chair and bath for a baby if required. If guests require anything that we haven't provided then please just ask, we may have such items, or if not, will go and buy! There is currently no washing machine in the cottage, however one is available in the main house if required.
