This is a unique place to create new memories located in a private and sheltered backyard. This is a property we use as a holiday home and want to share with others. The property is located in the middle of Halden city center with immediate proximity to EVERYTHING. The cleaning fee, which is mandatory, includes made beds when you arrive in addition to towels and the fact that we look after you. You leave the house as you found it. From July 1 to July 31, there is only rental for 3 nights or more The space The artist's residence is an old brick building that was upgraded to today's standard in 2020, it contains two bedrooms with double beds, i.e. 4 beds, it is a beautiful house with lots of charm. Guest access You have access to the entire living area in the artist's residence and the backyard, with dining area and outdoor furniture Other things to note If you only rent the artist's residence, it is possible that you have to share the backyard with tenants in the main house. If you rent the entire property (main house + artist residence) there are a total of 14 beds
