It offers superb tranquility and privacy in a prime location, just a short drive away from a water park, Blue Tree, beaches, Laguna Complex, shops, restaurants, spa, tennis court, and a golf course. The space The villa is a spacious property that comprises of 3 bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms and rain showers. The bedrooms are comfortable and well-furnished, providing guests with a peaceful and relaxing space to rest and unwind. The dining area is located in the open-plan living area, where you can access the fully-equipped kitchen which comes with high-end appliances such as oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and utensils to prepare your meals. This area is perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying a home-cooked meal. The villa also features a laundry room that comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board for your personal use, thus making your stay comfortable and convenient. Guest access Guests will have access and full privacy to all areas indoor and outdoor! Other things to note Please be informed that: 1. This rate is excluding the electricity fee. The electricity fee will be charged THB 6 per unit at the end of the stay. 2.The swimming pool may not be suitable for all children due to the lack of a safety barrier. Parents must supervise and monitor their children at all times. 3. We offer stand-by 24-hour check-in and check-out services, and late check-out may be available upon request and SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, a complimentary late check out until 5pm, after 5 pm will be charged THB 1,500 but not later than 10pm. 4. There's no reception within the compound; please provide us your arrival flight details so we can estimate your arrival time. Just a quick note about our service it's a little different from a hotel. 😊 We're a home-style stay, designed for short-term guests to feel at home. - Our housekeeping team comes before check-in and after check-out to prepare and clean the space. - For longer stays (a week or more), we’ll arrange a weekly clean with fresh linens and towels. - For shorter stays, you’re welcome to use the washing machine and dryer in the house anytime to refresh your towels or clothes. - Irremovable stains on bedding or towels may be charged at replacement cost.
