A modern refurb of a gorgeous Edwardian property. The listing is for the whole apartment; Room 1 with king size bed/ensuite, Room 2 with Double Bed and Room 3 with 2x Double Airbeds. A huge kitchen with everything you need for group dinners. Large TV, wifi. The space Now available for Xmas and New Year: 23rd December - 17 January, 9 night minimum stay but please contact me if you need slightly shorter, or slightly different dates and I can quote you a price. Shorter stays will be a higher nightly rate, longer stays will be a lower nightly rate. Decorated with a lovely Xmas tree and festive decorations. The apartment was fully renovated in 2020. The original building is a gorgeous Edwardian/ Arts and Craft building. The renovation means that the apartment is now super insulated, modern and very stylish inside with that Scandi minimalist chic vibe. The apartment is all on the ground floor and has its own entrance. But there are 5 steps up to the front door. There are 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is a King Size Bed. Bedroom 2 is a Double Bed. Bedroom 3 is made up of two small Double Deluxe Airbeds, they also have a mattress topper on for extra comfort. The apartment is super clean, tidy and uncluttered. There is a tall fridge, a tall freezer, Bosch oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, separate tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, Nutribullet, George Forman and Brita water filter. There's plenty of cutlery, crockery, pans and glasses and all the cooking essentials such as oils, salt, pepper, spices and seasonings. Some basic breakfast products will be available on your arrival free of charge; coffee, tea, porridge, muesli, Kellogg’s selection pack, eggs, baked beans, bread, butter, jam, honey, fresh fruit, frozen fruit, lactose-free milk, soya milk and orange juice to make your arrival as simple as possible and so you can enjoy your stay from the first minute. There are plenty of supermarkets, cafes, cheap eats, pubs and restaurants close by if you need anything else. Wifi is Virgin media's fastest package. Any other questions, just ask me, very happy to help. Guest access The entire apartment is yours to use during your stay. Other things to note On street parking permit can be arranged at cost. The local charges are £7 per day or £30 per week. This applies from 9am-6.30pm Mon-Sat.
