Just minutes to Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Restaurants, Shopping, Hiking, Biking and more - Driveway is steep but normal for the area.. -There is a water filtration system in place at the cabin, water is very soft and the well water has a different smell than city water Guest access Entire cabin Other things to note Just so guests know we supply as a starter 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom (there are 2), dish soap (extra under sink), a roll of paper towels, and a few trash bags. Also provided is a couple k-cups for Keurig, regular ground coffee filters, travel size shampoo and conditioner for each bathroom. If you go through all of that it is the guests responsibility to purchase more for the rest of their stay. Also we do not provide firewood. The cabin is located in the mountains, sometimes you will come across bugs. We regularly have pest control and cabins are cleaned very well but sometimes they get in. We will not refund if you come across a few bugs Water is on well, there is a filtration system in place. Water is softer than normal Utilities may be affected by mountain weather and are beyond our control, refunds are not issued for temporary outages
