Bright beautiful basement.

This listing is for the basement of our house. The basement has a shared entrance from the main door, bedroom (twin sized mattress and box spring), bathroom and a living room. There is no kitchen (fridge and a microwave installed with few dishes ,glasses,cutlery) Please note the basement is a private space. Laundry is available at an extra cost for guests staying longer. We have two puppies- very friendly and toy breed. Visitors are not allowed at all times. 1 parking spot - on request The space The bedroom, living room and bathroom are private spaces for the guests. Guest access The main door of the house is common, the only shared space is the hallway to the basement. Other things to note No visitors allowed at all times except for the guests checked in. We have two toy breed puppies who are super friendly and may bark occasionally.
