With that being said, we are awaiting a certain sliding door curtain and rod set and it will not be here until after mid June. Therefore the sliding door to the deck doesn't have a curtain. Just wanted to make this clear. Just want to be upfront that this is an older condo complex [with tons of personality] that we are completely revitalizing [swanking it up] over the next several years. We're including as many pictures as possible to show where each unit is along the way, and we're super competitive on pricing as well :) On another note, since the complex is situated on the side of a small ridge, unfortunately none of our units are handicap accessible. The lower level condos have anywhere between 3 and 5 steps leading up to the porch entrance. The upper condos have anywhere between 0 and 3 steps leading up to the entrance. Lastly, the trade off from being right in the heart of the town is traffic noise from Mechem Dr. It doesn't affect the bedrooms and sleeping as they're on the back side of the building. But if you're on the porch, and it's a busy time of day, you're going to hear some traffic noise [you also get to people/car watch as they pass by].
