J&E Homestead--spacious home in the country!!

Our farm home, situated on 4 acres, is located just 25 minutes from the University of Illinois and Illini sports! I-57, I-74, and I-72 are all close by. The house has a fully furnished large kitchen with a coffee bar. Two living areas provide plenty of space to stretch out. You can finish off your busy day gathering on the patio preparing dinner on the gas or charcoal grills, watching the sun set over the summer grain fields, or roasting marshmallows around the firepit. The space The outdoor space provides plenty of options for games and morning walks. Ping pong, Pugg soccer goals, Yard Yahtzee, and Corn Hole are in the garage. Business travelers may choose from various tables and counter space to complete work projects. A printer and work supplies are provided. USB plug-ins are located throughout. The kitchen is furnished with a dishwasher, 2 microwaves, crock pot, and 1 refrigerator. An extra refrigerator is located in the garage. We are rolling out the red carpet in the Red bedroom by providing an additional Roku enabled TV along with an elliptical and a recumbent bike. We strictly follow the Airbnb covid cleaning rules requiring the washing of all bed linens after each visit. We recently installed an outside electrical panel for EV charging. The panel includes both a 240 volt 14-50R four prong as well as a 120 volt GFCI receptacle. You will need to bring your own cord (min 15') and discuss arrangements with host prior to reservation confirmation as to usage arrangements. After reservation confirmation, you will receive a separate payment request from the Airbnb Resolution Center. There is a minimum usage charge of $20 per day. Other things to note The Gordyville USA Horse Arena is just 17 minutes away. Rantoul Sports Complex is just 8 minutes away.
