It is a blue and white home with an addition. 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Very clean, organized, well kept, nice and quiet relaxing area. Guest access All of the home and area Other things to note The should be no mail or packages delivered to this address for the tenant staying here. If there is any mail or packages delivered, it will be returned and stated not deliverable for this person does not live here (return to sender). There is a post office in Melrose and Keystone Heights that are nearby for mail to be sent to for you while you stay. If staying over one month, the electricity bill will be given to the residents staying for any duration over a month. It is due the 3rd of every month. A copy of the bill will be shown to you. Everything is covered under description and house manual except for no pets allowed.
