Updated Lake Retreat with Fishing Dock & Kayak

Escape to a thoughtfully updated waterfront retreat on Cedar Creek Lake, where open-water views, quiet mornings, and unforgettable sunsets create the perfect setting for families and small groups. Spend your days fishing from the private dock, exploring the shoreline by kayak, or relaxing on the patio before gathering for dinner in the fully updated kitchen. The space Play: Bring your own boat, launch at one of the convenient local ramps, and dock at the house for the duration of your stay. Our driveway is long enough to park with your trailer attached. No boat? No worries! We have a kayak you can use, and you can fish and swim off the dock. There is a large back yard to throw a ball around, have a picnic, and grill. Eat: We have a fully furnished kitchen and a grill outside with plenty of places inside (4 at the bar, 6 at the table, 3 at the bar table) and outside (4 at the table, 4 patio chairs) to eat. The pantry has some of the basics. We have a 'take some, leave some' policy, so check with us before you buy oil, salt/pepper, etc. Evening: After enjoying a day in the sun, you can relax inside with board games and a brand new 60" smart TV with cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Or just sit on the patio and enjoy an amazing sunset! There's also a large heater on the deck for you to sit under on those unexpected cooler Texas nights. Sleep: You can comfortably sleep up to 8 people at our lake house. We have one bedroom with a queen bed, and another with a king and bunk beds. There is also a separate game room with a pull-out couch hiding a brand new memory foam mattress. If needed, the couch in the living room is very deep and comfortable, perfect for napping. The mattresses and sheets are super comfortable, perfect for snuggling up at night after a day of fun on the lake! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, private yard, fishing dock, patio, and complimentary kayak. The entryway closet and one bedroom closet are not accessible to guests. Parking is available for multiple vehicles and a boat trailer. Self check-in makes arrival easy, and you'll have the home entirely to yourself during your stay. Other things to note This is a quiet family lake house and is not suitable for parties or events. The only security camera is the doorbell which monitors the driveway and front door entrance for guest safety. Boat tie-up is available when lake levels permit. The complimentary kayak is available for guest use. Life jackets are provided, and guests use the kayak at their own risk. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours.
