B&B in beautiful countryside

B&B 't Vogelhuisje is located in the beautiful countryside in the municipality of Bronkhorst, the smallest city of the Netherlands. A place for those who love peace and freedom, but also like to get out and about. The room sits in the outbuilding of a monumental farmhouse. The space Sheep graze in the meadow, birds are singing, the wind blows through the imposing red beech tree, flocks of geese migrate over and the neighboring farmer drives his tractor in the fields. These are the things that make this place special. The comfortable room has a nice reading spot, a table for breakfast, a good bed, Nespresso machine, tea kettle and small fridge. In summer you can enjoy it with French windows opening onto your own terrace or under the old haystack in the orchard. On request, we serve a delicious breakfast with local and homegrown products in the room. For this we charge 10 euro per person on the spot. You can start walking straight from the house. Also in the immediate vicinity you will find lovely walks and cycling tours, such as at Kasteel Hackfort (10 minutes by bike), where you can have lunch, dinner or a drink by the woodstove. The smallest town in the Netherlands, Bronkhorst, is 10 minutes away by bike. There you can take lovely walks along the mill, over the dyke overlooking the river IJssel and through the small town. The B&B is also located along the Trekvogelpad, the most beautiful long-distance route in the Netherlands that runs all the way from west to east. There is a booklet in the room with the most beautiful hiking and cycling routes. And just enjoy the garden is a possibility as well :-) Guest access - The B&B (studio) is located in a separate part of the outbuilding, next to our home. - It has its own entrance and private (simple) shower and toilet. - There is an opportunity to make coffee and tea and a small fridge for your own drinks and stuff. - There is a private terrace in front of the room and several seating areas in the garden. Other things to note - The price includes final cleaning, energy surcharge and tourist tax. Vegetarian breakfast, if desired, can be paid on site for 10 euro per person per day. - On request we also offer a warm meal (15 euro pp). - There is no Tv or wifi in the room. - With an NS bike, you can reach our house in 30 minutes. An active start to your days off. You can also rent a bike in Vorden from tuesday till saturday.
