Baby gate at the top & bottom of stairs. Additional floor mattress in closet, if needed. Roku smart TV. BEDROOM 2: Twin over twin bunk bed, with twin trundle pull-out. Pack n’ play travel crib available. LIVING ROOM: Roku smart tv, Arcade game with Pac-Man & other classic games. CHILD-FRIENDLY: Convenient retractable baby gates at both the top & bottom of the stairs. Infant high chair. Children’s dinnerware. Pack n’ play. Baby bath. Board games. KITCHEN & DINING Fully equipped kitchen -gas stove and cabinets stocked with a complete set of drinkware, cookware, & dinnerware. The large dining table features bench seating for up to 6 people comfortably. OUTDOOR SPACE Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, picnic table and fresh mountain air! HEATING AND COOLING We have 3 min splits, a wood stove and 2 ceiling fans to ensure your comfort throughout the seasons. PARKING There is room for 4 cars in designated parking spots in front of Jameson's Cabin. NO PARKING ON STREET. EV CHARGING NEMA 14-50 outlet compatible with Level 2 EV charging (or level 1 with an adapter) is available for use with a personal EV charging cord. There is no charging cord available, please bring your own cord. -Only 30 minutes to SNOW VALLEY MOUNTAIN RESORT which offers something for everyone, from the steep slopes to the beginner area, for snow skiing and tubing. In the summer, Snow Valley offers mountain biking, Scenic Sky Chair, hiking, special events and more. -Just 15 minutes from LAKE GREGORY REGIONAL PARK offering recreational activities for the whole family including boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, and trout fishing. -Located 12 minutes from SKYPARK AT SANTA'S VILLAGE. This magical place has attractions including, kiddie rides, forest ziplining, mountain biking trails, archery, fly fishing, roller skating, a rock-climbing wall, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. -Close to NUMEROUS TRAILS. Hiking, or even just strolling, in the forest is a great way to experience the beauty and tranquility of nature. Guest access The road to this mountain cabin is completely paved. During winter, the road is maintained due to the elementary school nearby. You will have access to the entire cabin with the exception of locked supply closets. Other things to note SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED AT THIS TIME. HOT TUB HOURS: 8 am - 10 pm **Our county & permits are very strict regarding outdoor lighting & noise past 10pm. QUIET HOURS from 10pm - 8am. No outdoor noise is allowed past this time.** TAKE NOTE: ***All noise complaint fines will be passed down directly to guests ($1,000+). *** Be respectful of neighbors' privacy and avoid stepping onto their property. -Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for events that are out of our control as hosts.
