Nice quiet neighborhood. Spacious room with all the amenities. The space Spacious, cool, quiet and very comfortable. Guest access Your bedroom, full bathroom, laundry room, living room upstairs, setting room downstairs, kitchen, dining room, back yard, and patio. This house has a very steep and long staircase. This house also has an open balcony. The washer and dryer are upstairs. This may not be suitable for some persons with certain disabilities. During your stay I am always here for any questions, concerns or needs you might have. Please text me through the airbnb app. -Quite hours are from 8PM to 7AM. -No smoking or vaping in house or on premises. No alcohol consumption on premises. No shoes are allowed in the house. Please leave your shoes in the trays provided at the front door. Absolutely no one is allowed in the house if they are not on your reservation. Please do not open any windows in the house.
