The meandering floor plan is ideal for several families to each have their privacy or to gather in the living room overlooking the Gulf or on the furnished balcony. Jade East also has plenty of amenities to keep you as busy as you’d like to be- a grilling area for family cookouts, gated entry to keep your deeded beach access private, a fitness center and both tennis and pickle ball courts. You'll enjoy seasonally provided complementary beach chair setups each day of your stay. This includes 2 comfortable beach lounge chairs and 1 large umbrella. Plus, the location of Jade East is in the center of Destin and near all the fun! Big Kahuna’s Waterpark is across the street and more than enough restaurants, shops and golf courses are either within walking distance or a short car ride away. This property comes with 2 parking spaces. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
