This home is strictly available as a monthly rental, based on the calendar month only. Partial months, split dates, or mid-month bookings are not permitted under any circumstances. Guests must select either the full month of their intended stay (for example, December 1–31 or January 1–31). Any reservation made outside of this policy will not be honored and will be subject to cancellation, unless approved.
