Your own private street entrance admits you directly to the apartment's entry hall. Ascend the internal 22-step staircase to the living area. What you'll notice immediately is the wonderful sense of space and tranquility as the apartment features extra high ceilings and generously large rooms. Large windows in every room brighten the space further. Stylish touches such as wide oak floorboards, original artwork and feature walls make the space a veritable urban haven. Efficient double glazing means that traffic noise is left where it belongs - out in the street. The generous open plan living space includes a deluxe fully equipped kitchen and a dining table to seat 8. The cozy yet spacious living area has Smart TV and a bluetooth enabled LG soundbar. Pair it with your phone to listen to your playlists wirelessly. The big master bedroom includes an office space plus en suite with large step-in shower and vanity space. The second bedroom is also equipped with a small workstation.
