Welcome to The Park House! Hosts Kay and Don designed this beautiful space with a nod to their backgrounds in interior design in Palm Springs California. The Park House is open, airy, and inviting for families or groups coming to visit Oregon State University (1.2 miles), or the Oregon Coast (47 miles), or to simply enjoy beautiful Corvallis Oregon. Recent additions include a bedroom with a King bed, walk-in closet, and it’s own full bathroom- spacious and comfortable. The space The Park House floor plan is open and inviting. The kitchen is large and well appointed and the adjoining living room is luxurious and comfortable with a fireplace, large tv and in-wall speakers. Both rooms look out onto the back patio, yard, and neighborhood park. Bedroom 1 has been recently renovated and has a King Bed with full bathroom and walk in closet, the other two bedrooms feature queen sized beds. In Bedroom 2 the bed is adjustable so head or feet can be raised to find just the perfect position to get an awesome night’s sleep, in Bedroom 3, both nightstands have two USB ports each for easy charging. There is also a sofa bed in the front office which has USB ports and converts easily to a sleeper. The office itself is very private and is separated with a door and blind from the rest of the house. It has a work desk and ergonomic chair. The washer and dryer are located inside the house, at the end of the hallway to the left of the bathroom, and guests are welcome to use it. Detergent is in the cupboard above the washer. Currently there is no access available to the garage for guests, parking is in the driveway or on the street. Guest access Guests can access the entire house with the exception of two areas: the pantry in the kitchen and the garage- thank you so much for respecting these boundaries. Other things to note We don’t allow large gatherings or parties at The Park House. If you have any change to your booking, please let us know 🙂
