Walk to restaurants and ice cream shops, or hop the Jolly Trolley for a quick ride to Rehoboth Beach and the boardwalk. The space Walk only 150 yards to the beach and sink your toes into the sand! This light and bright first-floor condo is perfect for families or small groups, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. Facing the ocean, the space is filled with beautiful natural light from sunrise to sunset, creating an easy, breezy beach-house feel. Brand new decking and porch were completed in Spring 2023, and we lovingly refresh and update the home each year so it always feels clean, cozy, and ready for your next family getaway. Bedroom 1 -- 1 queen bed Bedroom 2 -- 2 twin-over-full bunk beds - perfect for kids *both bedrooms with new blackout cordless shades Living Room -- brand new large sectional 2026 Kitchen/Dining -- fully equipped with dishes, cutleries, and kitchen utensils. Dishwasher, drip coffee maker & toaster. Dining table seats 4 and peninsula with 2 bar stools. Bathroom- shower/tub combo off hallway Screened in porch -- conversation set Outdoor Area -- small deck with bistro table & 2 chairs, large beautiful grass space with shared picnic tables. Charcoal grill available for use (no charcoal provided). There is a small storage area underneath stairs with a couple beach chairs available for guests. A shared water hose for sandy feet/beach gear is at the steps of the unit. Two outdoor rinse showers (cold water) are available for all guests on the property. (Linens may also be rented through local agencies). - basic cleaning supplies on hand Parking Info: There are no assigned parking spaces for the unit, but there is ample parking on the street. One Dewey parking permit is included during season and additional permits can be purchased at Dewey Beach Town Hall's kiosk or ParkMobile App for as many cars as you like. Parking permits are required May 15- Sept 15. *please note- our decking outside and grass space is shared with condo community- you must be clean and respectful of the space with others. * This is a very family-friendly condo community and an ideal stay for beach going families or a small group of friends (over 30 years old- see house rules).
