Essentially, all the main accommodation is located on the same level. In the living room, a large sofa and comfortable armchairs provide an enjoyable sitting area where everyone can get together in front of floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the glorious cityscape panorama. The living room has cable plasma TV, and high-speed Internet is available throughout the flat. A large dining table seats up to eight people, with a sleek, well-equipped kitchen conveniently located right next to it. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine. On the same floor as the living room and kitchen, all three double bedrooms are located, two of which have direct access to a balcony and one has a private bathroom with bathtub. There is a second large family bathroom with a shower. The modern feel continues into the top floor, where you find a large and airy attic space with roof windows converted into a perfect study and a leisure area with space for reading or games. There are also two futon beds here, suitable for occasional usage for additional guests, children, or teenagers. There is also a WC and basin on this floor.
