Comfortable, private suite in the Howardian Hills

The Larch Room sits adjacent to our family home, in a quiet hamlet on the edge of the Howardian Hills, AONB. A recently converted outbuilding, our guests can enjoy private access into a large hallway, with a comfortable double bedroom and en suite. A simple, locally sourced, continental breakfast is served seated in the hallway area. Off road parking for one vehicle and bike storage is available. The space A private glass door leads into a generous hall area with underfloor heating. Guests can use this space as their own, there is a small fold out table and bar stools for breakfast or if you need to work it’s a great office space. To your right a door will take you through to a large bedroom, with a double bed, chest of drawers and hanging space, a wall hung TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The modern bathroom has a huge walk in shower with a rain head. Our property can also be accessed from the hall way through a door to the left, this is locked and will remain so for the duration of your stay, with the exception of breakfast service. We have a garden accessed to the side of our house, which guests are welcome to enjoy. In the summer months you will be welcome to choose to have breakfast on our terrace enjoying the view across to Crayke Castle, or wander down to meet our friendly chickens. Guest access Guests will also have access to our shed, if required, to store bikes. Other things to note Breakfast-We provide a locally sourced, seasonal breakfast menu, with choices to be made the night before, served at a time of your choosing between 7:00 and 9:00am. There are lots of lovely local cafes though if our offerings or timings are not to your liking!
