Azalea Cottage

Cozy cottage 3.8 miles from Augusta National. Private fenced backyard, comfortable living spaces, quiet and bright in this masonry-built home. Furnished to put you at ease with a quiet bedroom in the rear of the house, adjacent bathroom, and spacious office or secondary bedroom. Enjoy this home base that is also 0.6 miles from the Augusta Canal Trail, 1 mile to the Augusta University Summerville campus, 1.9 miles to Surrey Center and 2.6 miles to downtown. The space Small cottage with living room, bedroom, office/second bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and back laundry area, plus a private fenced backyard. It is my primary residence and I live here with my dog when the house isn't booked. So, anyone with serious dog allergies should avoid staying here. There is a large TV and fast wifi. A dedicated work space in the back with a large desk and computer monitor. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, and a coffee maker. There is a washer and dryer available in the back laundry room. The backyard is very private with high fences and outdoor furniture if you care to sit outside. There is also a fire pit and a simple gas grill available for use. My goal is for you to enjoy your stay, have a relaxing and rejuvenating time, and enjoy whatever activities you've got planned while we host you in Augusta. Guest access Entire space is available for guest use except for the attic and the shed in the back. Other things to note This house is my primary residence so please treat it with care and excuse personal belongings in closets, etc. Note: depending on the length of your stay (or your willingness to do it!), we may need to make arrangements to feed the fish. We can coordinate this with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
