Stone country house, recently renovated and very bright. In a country setting, natural and cozy decoration. Located in a hamlet between Albi and Rodez, 30 minutes from each, 5 minutes from Naucelle and its shops. Fenced exterior with small wooded garden, swing, large terrace, barbecue, garden table and chairs. The space Two bedrooms with storage: one with a 180 x 200 bed and the other with a 140 x 190 bed, a desk with a single bed, a separate toilet, a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, a large modern kitchen, fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and filter, food processor, etc.) and open to a living/dining room with a 2-person sofa bed, 80 cm TV with DVD player, reading area with board games, entrance hall with storage. On request, possibility of providing baby crib, high chair, raclette and fondue service. Non-smoking accommodation, pets not allowed inside. Linens and towels not provided: sheet rental package of €5 per room possible. Cleaning to be done before leaving: cleaning fee of €40 possible. Cottage for 6 people, beyond and exceptionally, €10 will be charged per additional person. Possibility to charge an electric vehicle, €10 package per charge.
